We are a co-educational school on Shah Shams Darbar Road in Bawa Safra, Multan, teaching boys and girls from Play Group through to Class 10. Because we are a Foundation Assisted School under the Punjab Education Foundation, families pay nothing at all.
Madina Tul Ilm Education High School System serves the families of Bawa Safra and the surrounding streets off Shah Shams Darbar Road. Most of our students are the first in their family to reach Class 10, and a good number are the first to sit a board examination at all. That shapes how we work.
Our teaching follows the Punjab Curriculum, and our Class IX and X students are prepared for the Matriculation examination of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Multan. Younger children begin in Play Group and move through Primary and Middle with the same teachers who will eventually prepare them for their board papers — so nobody arrives in Class IX as a stranger.
The school is registered with the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab under EMIS code 361117205, and operates as a partner school of the Punjab Education Foundation. Parents are welcome at the school office during working hours without an appointment; the Foundation's open-door policy is something we take literally.
Announcements are posted here and on the board outside the school office.
Children join us as young as four and can stay until they have their Matriculation certificate in hand. Every stage is taught in the same building, by staff who know the children by name.
ابتدائی جماعتیں
Spoken Urdu and English, letters and numbers, and the habits of school — sitting, sharing, listening.
پرائمری
Reading fluency in both languages, arithmetic, Islamiat and Nazra Quran, and general science.
مڈل
Separate science and mathematics teaching begins, along with computer studies and English grammar.
میٹرک
Board syllabus in Science or Arts, past-paper practice, and registration for the Matriculation examination.
Our PEF partnership forbids us from charging tuition, admission money or fines. This is not a discount or a scholarship that can be withdrawn — it is the condition on which the school operates.
Many local children, especially girls, leave school after Class V or VIII simply because the next stage is too far away or too expensive. Our high school section exists so that the walk to Class 10 stays short.
PEF's annual Quality Assurance Test requires 75% of the students it examines to score at least 40% in every subject. Three consecutive failures ends the partnership. That standard keeps us honest about results.
Lessons build English steadily from Play Group without abandoning Urdu, so children can follow a board paper in English without losing the language they think in.
Nazra Quran and Islamiat are part of the ordinary timetable, and the day opens with assembly and recitation — not as an add-on, but as part of how the school is run.
Parents can come in and ask about attendance, marks or a teacher's conduct during working hours. No appointment, no gatekeeping. Ask for the head of the section your child is in.
